Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

YVDownloader respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  • Your consent to local federal court jurisdiction
  • Your contact information

3. Repeat Infringers

YVDownloader maintains a policy of terminating access to our service for users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.

4. Service Provider Status

YVDownloader operates as a service provider under the DMCA. We do not host, store, or control the content that users download through our service. Our service merely provides a tool for users to download content from third-party sources.

5. User Responsibility

Users of our service are responsible for:

  • Ensuring they have the right to download any content
  • Complying with all applicable copyright laws
  • Not infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Using the service only for lawful purposes

6. Response Time

We will respond to properly filed DMCA notices within 10 business days. Counter-notifications will be processed according to DMCA requirements.
